1. Orders, memberships, wallets
Signed-in members raise anything about an order, a membership, a wallet balance, or a settlement through Your Account. Your Orders shows every purchase with its receipt; Shipping, Returns & Replacements, and the Store Policy state the rules those requests are handled under. Requests are read by the operating desk, $://THeCeNTRaLDesK.

2. Privacy, access, and deletion requests
Raise privacy requests — access, correction, export, or deletion — through Your Account. They are handled by the privacy team at $://THeCeNTRaLDesK under the Privacy Policy, which states what deletion removes and what financial and integrity records survive. Requests about the browser extension and about the ChatGPT connector go through the same channel; say which client the request concerns.

3. THeoPeNAiDesK CNXTioNPaRTNeR — the ChatGPT connector
The connector is served by this network with CNXT as its OAuth authorization server. Its support surface is built into it:
- connection_status — reports the served version, the tool inventory, and whether each upstream layer is reachable, before you rely on live data.
- get_connection_request — reads back, by id, any connection request your OAuth session filed: its status and the recorded, hash-linked audit trail.
- submit_connection_request — files a governed, non-financial request (categories: data connection, API endpoint, brand asset, legal document, Stripe configuration, OAuth configuration, hosting configuration, other). A request record is not an order; the operating desk reads and answers it.
- Health — the connector's health surface reports its operational signals independently, so a partial outage names its failing layer.
- Connector-specific data handling is stated in Privacy Policy §7, its commercial terms in Terms of Service §8, and acceptable use in Conditions of Use §10.

4. $://THeXTeNSioN — the browser extension
The extension is published on the Chrome Web Store as #://CNXT $://THeXTeNSioN; the /thextension page on this site describes it, links the listing, and shows the live mining allocation. Its support surface is what it shows: every figure in the toolbar and in the mining console is read live from the network, and a field that cannot be read says so instead of showing a zero.
- Installing or reinstalling: from the Chrome Web Store listing linked on /thextension. Chrome and Chromium-based browsers; there is no other store and no sideloaded build.
- A capture that paid nothing, an “unlisted” capture, a capped hour: the payment conditions are stated on /thextension and in the extension privacy disclosure. The mining console lists every mined tag linx with its capture and miner counts, so what happened is on the record before you ask.
- Mining earnings are CNXTPaY wallet balances — questions about them follow section 1.
- Stopping: remove the extension from your browser's extensions page; nothing keeps running. Deleting what you captured follows section 2.
- Bugs and security issues in the extension go through Your Account like any other report (section 5), naming the version shown on its store listing.

5. Security reports
If you believe you have found a security issue anywhere on the network, raise it through Your Account marked as a security report, with the URL or tool involved and the steps to reproduce; the operating desk treats security reports ahead of other requests. Do not include secrets, tokens, or other people's personal data in the report itself.
6. Status
Network status is published on the public observatory — real infrastructure signals and counts, no estimates. The connector's own health surface is listed in section 3.
